Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester to join our team in our QEA practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java and Selenium test automation. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do: Develop and maintain test scripts and automation tools to improve testing efficiency. Oversee the implementation of test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium. Automation Framework designing and maintaining automation resources. Create test cases with Selenium web driver commands and element locators and also inspect elements. Setting up Selenium test environments such as Selenium web driver, Maven integration, TestNG, Java, and Jenkins integration. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices. Monitor and report on test progress defects and overall quality metrics. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Manage test environments and ensure they are properly configured for testing activities. What you bring to the role: Overall 8+ years as a Test Automation Engineer or in a similar automation testing role. 6+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Java, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Must have 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Hands-on experience in writing/implementing Automation Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Plans & Test Reports. Hands-on CI/CD experience in Maven, GitHub, Jenkins and TestNG, Experience with Agile software development methodologies and QA responsibilities within an Agile Scrum Team. Have experience in Claim File Management (nice to have). Experience in manual testing skills would be an added advantage. Hybrid Working Arrangements:
