We are based in a fantastic office in Odenplan, but also offer a flexible work policy._ **Overview** Publicis Groupe is looking for a performance driven **Senior SEM Specialist** to join our team, delivering excellent service to our clients and capable of defining the future of paid search and performance at Publicis. To succeed in this role, you need to be curious, open-minded and solution-oriented, both internally and towards clients. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing SEM strategies working closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success. **Responsibilities** + Strategic proposals for optimization of lead generation, providing recommendations for campaign improvement, including reporting and performance analysis. + Establishing SEM plans and proposals, ensuring tactical execution aligns with business objectives. + Creating and monitoring of paid search campaigns on Google, Bing and Amazon platforms. + Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams within Publicis agencies. + Deliver both short-term and long-term solutions that support client growth. + Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our search offerings innovative and competitive. **Qualifications** + Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in SEM + Experience in participating in client pitches, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively. + A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media and performance marketing. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and drive data-driven decision-making. + A strong communicator who can effectively present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. + Proficiency in Swedish and English is required **Additional information** In addition to a welcoming culture and inclusive environment with passionate colleagues we offer you: **Career Opportunities** Local and Global opportunities through the Power Of One. **Personal and Professional Learning** Global AI learning platform where you can participate in +30 000 classes and connect with colleagues from all over the world. **Flexible Ways of Working** We want to be an employer where work life balance is cherished.
