Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology (BNSM) solutions include atomic force microscopy instrumentation (AFM) and non-contact nanometer resolution solution topography through white light interferometry and stylus profilometry. In addition, the division manufacturers and markets automated X-ray metrology, automated AFM defect-detection and photomask repair and cleaning equipment for semiconductor process control.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Service Administrator, the main responsibility is to support BNSM Service organization on all service administrative works in Taiwan. This include, but not limited to:

Support Product: AAFM, RMR, X-RAY, WLIs, AFMiInteract with different BU with Santa Barbara Office, Bruker X-RAY team, WLI team and Tech SupportQuotation and /or PO tracking for service events, parts and laborLogistics support and management: International and domestic parts shipping arrangement: bridge between wrehouse, BSEMI Taiwan Service and Customers.Tracking AR for service contract and parts salesDevelop skill to become SAP D/B and process complicance team leaderSummarize FSR for service contract toolsHandle local purchases for BNSM Service team Qualifications

The successful applicant should possess:

 

Knowledge: 

Experience in MS office is a must, advanced knowledge of MS office is a plus.Experience in SAP ERP

Skill:

Fluent communication in spoken and written English and local language with customers, management and peers.

Ability:

Multi-tasker and team playerExcellent relationship management to internal and external customers.High integrity

Educational & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor Degree with preference to Business Administration.

Minimum 4 - 6 years experience with high tech instrumentations and logistics management. 

Business awareness of global capital equipment/instrumentation service support with ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

Must work well with others in a fast paced environment.
