Senior Service Delivery Manager - Drilling Services

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager you will ensure that we maximize our short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution. You will oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our customers. You will coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure we deliver to our customers.

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:

Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars

Collaborate with sales/communications teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).

Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.

Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.

Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.

Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

Own the Business for Drilling Services in the country of assignment, including fully accountable for the service delivery, HSE and Financial performance of the Product Line in the country.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Minimum of 10 years experience in Drilling Services

Two years of P&L experience is preferred

Strong understanding of field services protocols and process

Previous expertise in a similar service delivery role

Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues

Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
