About the team:
Sabre's Product & Solutions Delivery Team manages programs that support the Global Distribution System (GDS) travel distribution process. They ensure the smooth delivery of solutions that help airlines, travel agencies, and partners connect and operate effectively. The team focuses on delivering reliable and efficient tools to support the travel industry.
What you’ll be doing?
As a Senior Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation, migration, and support of solutions for Sabre’s travel agency customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and effective problem-solving for complex challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in travel agency operations or Global Distribution System (GDS) environments, and have hands-on experience with operational workflows, an understanding of travel products, and a proven track record in training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of products to our clients, ensuring high-quality support and satisfaction.Analyse and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectivenessMaintain an in-depth understanding of our travel products and services to provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.Develop and deliver training programmes to customers and staff, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective use of our products.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality.5+ years of experience in implementation or training in travel agency or GDS environment.Prior experience in supporting operational workflows and product support will be preferred.Strong understanding of business analysis, requirement gathering, and process optimization.Proficient in project management tools and collaboration software.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Sabre travel agency systems.Experience working in projects related to service delivery or operational improvements.Personal Attributes:
