Main responsibilities:

Assembly and testing of pneumatic and hydraulic tools and fixture, complete the installation at plant site Repair and finetuning tools to meet the quality of the customer and production Routine servicing and regrinding of tools Ability to supervise the engineering quality as the control plan. Carry out engineering level changesto tools and modifications Technical assistance for the plants in order to adapt the Tools/Process to the various parts. Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve at the machine/tools with minimal downtime to aid production Carrying out and supervising trials and accompanying confirmation runs Ability to analyse and solve problems independently. Can summarize experience & keep record, then output a report. Compliance and supervision of all instructions and standards affecting the HSE & E sector

Qualifications include:

Certificate of electric assembly  Proficient in mechanical drawing, have a certain mechanical integration foundation, familiar with all kinds of mechanical structure, pneumatic, hydraulic system etc.  Familiarwith all kinds of mechanical maintenance tools.  Good communication and coordinationskills, active and responsible, strong sense of customer service. TRAVEL -80% travel is required, both domestic and internationally.
