Job Description
This specialty insurance company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring the platform aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Responsibilities include:
Architectural Design:
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems.
Platform Configuration:
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to optimize functionality and meet organizational needs.
Implement best practices for system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ServiceNow development and administration teams.
Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow trends, features, and functionalities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Governance and Best Practices:
Establish and enforce governance and best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow
ITSM, ITOM (Specifically CMDB & Event Management), & ITAM module implementation
Experience with API calls & integrations
Experience creating documentation and product roadmaps
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with key IT & Business Stakeholders
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies. Understanding of SecOps & HRSD for future state implementations
ServiceNow Certifications null
