Responsibilities: * Senior ServiceNow Developer will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions * Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform * Configure and customize existing ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management * Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and user interfaces to improve user experience and efficiency * Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems using APIs and web services * Create and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes within ServiceNow * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into ServiceNow data * Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and incidents reported by users * As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will provide technical support and guidance to ServiceNow users * Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT team members to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery * Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices * Participate in ServiceNow training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards * Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of ServiceNow applications * Contribute to developing and maintaining ServiceNow documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials
