Job Description: Platform Solution Consultant
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Solution Consultant to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, CMDB, and more. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting solutions that ensure seamless data flow and process automation across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect solutions for ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, and CMDB.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies for ServiceNow module deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including data flow diagrams and interface specifications.
• Ensure data integrity and security across ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
