What will you be doing?
The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will provide technical leadership and contribute to a team of specialists providing development, support, implementations, and configuration of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. The role will also be responsible for enabling new modules and supporting enhancements. The employee will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM, architecture, and the ability to translate business outcomes and requirements to technical teams. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence, be able to work independently and as part of a team, build cross-functional relationships, have a passion for continuous learning and improvement, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Promote WWT Core Values and best practices. Partner with external vendors, and internal teams to manage implementations and ongoing support. Support the development of technical solutions and provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve problems to ensure the solutions meet the end users' requirements. Research technical specifications, articulate technical messages, and display deep technical expertise through well-written, well-organized, and professional documents for technical use and according to technical standards. Lead discussions with peers and business stakeholders, actively listening and questioning/clarifying information to ensure understanding of customer technology needs and solutions.
