+ Translate problem scope and suggested solution to both product owner and stakeholders.  + Work in a Scaled Agile environment to deliver solutions.  + Understand and promote the bigger picture of ServiceNow platform usage within WWT by using large-scale thinking when working on projects.  + Act as an advisor and peer to ServiceNow Analyst in managing configurations and customizations.  + Develop ServiceNow solutions focusing on ServiceNow SPM   **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
