We are currently looking for:
Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Job location: remote from Poland
If you feel that you are a communicative and eager to learn person who wants to join DXC team for a longer time, then you are more than welcome to apply for this position. As a Technical Consultant you are going to configure ServiceNow system for a DXC Technology customers. If you prefer to work with our customers to help them translating business requirements to technical designs, we will be happy to have you in our team.
Because of a partnership between DXC and ServiceNow you will be able to obtain professional trainings and certificates. What we need from you is your engagement in supporting our customers and delivering requirements as expected. As we are working in a multinational environment, you need to be able to communicate with people in English.
You will be responsible for:
cooperation with Architect and Technical consultants to prepare technical designs
configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
administration of our customers ServiceNow instances
preparation of projects documentation
taking part in trainings
sharing experience with new team members
We require:
experience in ServiceNow implementations (at least 5 years)
experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, FSM
very good knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS
experience in integrations (SOAP, REST)
good knowledge of ITIL processes
working experience in Agile Project environment
good analytical and problem-solving skills
teamwork and ability to work under pressure
strong communication skills
very good knowledge of written and spoken English
University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
fast learning
We appreciate:
certification in ServiceNow product Administration, Implementation and Development
knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax
ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate
German language
