As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will help customers transform their business by creating high quality ServiceNow outcomes. You will have an opportunity to work on a wide variety of client facing projects including implementations, custom applications and large digital transformations. In this hands-on role, your focus will be on producing robust technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
You will perform both technical and functional roles and will undertake hands-on ServiceNow implementation activities on a day-to-day basis. Not only will you design the solution, but you will also deliver it, alongside a team of driven and like-minded ServiceNow specialists, experienced strategists and industry experts to deliver successful transformations for the client.
The right candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with the sales, pre-sales teams to identify and progress customer opportunities. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow and of delivering robust, best-practice based ServiceNow implementationsA high level of proficiency in Javascript, Angular JS and other ServiceNow scriptingExperienced writing ServiceNow server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes etc)Solid skills/experience working with Development APIs.Expertise in ServiceNow automation integrations through ServiceNow Orchestration and Web ServicesStrong stakeholder management experience and a demonstrated ability to influence and consult (discussing pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problemsStrong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic and minimal technical debt solutions and recommendations to complex business problems and communicating these to non-technical audiencesAbility to deliver effectively and efficiently by working autonomously as well as within a teamServiceNow base certifications plus a minimum of two full learning path certifications in ITSM/GRC/HRSDStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to run design workshops, conduct training and communicate with customer C-level stakeholdersWork in agile/scrum development processProven experience in handling complex foundation data source integrations like Entra ID, Workday, SAP as well as BAU integrations like LDAP, email, e-bonding between different systemsProven experience in understanding and capturing business requirements, streamlining complex business/IT processes and help manage/deploy ServiceNow capabilities using agile methodologiesYour working environment
