As a Senior Services Architect in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, your primary objective is to create scalable knowledge assets for SAP architects, customers, and partners to ensure excellent architecture delivery as part of SAP RISE. This will help customers  to decide on the most appropriate solutions from the array of existing SAP Solutions (On 
premise / private or public or SAP cloud / hybrid / Partner-solutions options) to acquire and implement and to do so in an efficient way – as part of a well-established Business Transformation Management and Enterprise Architecture practice.


You act as an advisor for SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio best practices in a scalable way to support the RISE customer base in successful business transformation. This includes the translation of customers’ typical challenges in S/4HANA transformation programs to an integrated approach towards desired IT end-state scenarios with maximum business benefit. This
also includes the continuous alignment of SAP LeanIX and Signavio best practices with the SAPActivate methodology. In addition, you are responsible for driving strategic knowledge management and innovation activities such as building an EA Thought Leader curriculum and Business Transformation Center of Excellence know-how.

Drive strategic topics in SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) portfolio and be part of a dynamic team that acts as a catalyst for scalable knowledge assets to improve the adoption of SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio and the entire BTM integrated toolchain Work closely with talented professionals from various disciplines like enterprise architecture, learning, knowledge management, consulting Act as an ambassador for SAP LeanIX and Signavio best-practice usage Channel product- and content-related needs from customers to support targeted enablement and product improvements for business transformation  Drive the integration of SAP LeanIX best practices with SAP Activate/RISE methodology and the execution of a successful RISE EA delivery


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Consulting and tech profile with at least 7 years of experience in business transformation Experience in the set-up of ERP/ S/4HANA transformation programs with strong EA focus Ideally Expert of SAP RISE and Activate methodology and excellent project and change management skills Personality with a "challenger" mindset who is safeguarding LeanIX EA standards and doesn't shy away from tough conversations to drive methodology, product and enablement topics with maximum business impact Highly empathic individual with excellent people and stakeholder management skills Team player and leader who can drive highly strategic topics autonomously, and ensure to connect the dots to other teams Excellent project management and organizational skills, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
