Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of ADMS solutions utilizing the Software Suite.Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments.Provide standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process.Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfactionDeveloping specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource.Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area.Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketUses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Required Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited university or Bacholers of Science with 11 years of experience in software deisgn, software integration related to DMS/OMS/EMS.Must be willing to travel 25% - 30%This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be based within commuting distance of GEV hubs

Experiece (Essential Functions)

Working knowledge of RKE2 and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, github, ArgoCD, and Helm.Deep technical knowledge of power delivery systems, monitoring, and control.Proven record of deploying SCADA systems.Strong software systems development and integration skills.Experience with highly complex hardware and software configurations in a real-time environment.Good understanding of programming and database skills.Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.Ability to work effectively with other management and groups. Fosters a team environment.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $122,000USD - $153,000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
