​ ​ Responsibilities + Design server farms + Guide installations and migrations + Design MOSS architecture (site collections, site group and permission, content type) + Perform capacity planning + Apply SharePoint best practices + Lead customer SharePoint engagements Required Skills/Experience + Proficiency with SharePoint WSS, SSP, WCM, including the creation of custom web parts + Experience consulting with clients on the design and business value of portal solutions + Strong understanding of collaboration processes and issues + C# development experience within the .NET framework (including analysis and application design) + Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members + Experience managing in an onsite/offshore delivery model + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Experience with SharePoint 2010 is desirable
