The Position

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. SHE Digitalization:

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of digital SHE platforms and tools, such as the STARI SHE management platform and AI-based safety solutions.Drive the adoption of digital technologies to streamline SHE processes and improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new digital tools and systems, ensuring seamless operation and user adoption.

2. SHE Insights:

Develop and utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights into SHE performance.Monitor and analyze SHE data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.providing data-driven recommendations for enhancing safety and compliance.

3. SHE Change Management:

Lead change management initiatives within the SHE domain, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new policies, procedures, and technologies.Develop and implement change management plans that include communication, training, and support strategies.Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive change management.

Qualification & Experience:

University education background, major in SHE relatedSHE management experience on manufacturing plant over 5 yearsProficiency in digital technologies relevant to SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) such as digital SHE platforms, data analytics tools, and AI-based safety solutions.Experience in leading change management initiatives, including the development and implementation of change management plans.
