Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Manager in our Golden Valley, MN Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Showroom.

Job DetailsReports to Area Showroom Manager – Northern Plains$35M in targeted Showroom sales revenue5+ Direct reportsThis position will be based out of Golden Valley, MNSenior leader of the Golden Valley location

Responsibilities:

Increase associate engagement and moraleSupport new initiatives and help drive changePromote teamwork and collaboration across departmentsAdhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirementsDelivers reporting and dashboards for account health, Sales pipeline, and other KPIs as established by the business.Delivers Sales Operations Innovation and advancement through enabling technologies, including CRMs, to sales teams.HR Management and development of associatesBuild relationships with vendors to help drive customer service, ensure our showrooms have the latest and greatest displays and also coordinate events in the showroom.Lead branch and leadership team meetingsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior Management/Leadership experience requiredCoaching and mentoring skills necessaryAbility to build strong relationships with associates, customers, and vendorsGood judgment, problem solving skills, and ability to see the "big picture" in order to provide the ‘why’ for associatesUnderstanding of P&L and ability to share with othersExperience defining customer needs and providing solutions

$5,692.50 - $12,402.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
