The ideal candidate will have knowledge of RF design analysis, and testing, as well as experience integrating RF solutions into complex system architectures. This role involves, working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of technologies into larger systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards. The selected candidate will serve as an advisor to the US Government supporting the definition of new mission requirements and overseeing the development of next-generation SIGiNT systems.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate/maintain Program Concept of Operations with enterprise stakeholdersReview ground segment development activitiesMonitor progress and adherence to cost/scheduleMonitor relevant external ground systems development for adherence to schedule and potential impacts to the program development and external interfacesEngage Customer enterprise stakeholders to provide an understanding of active RF operations and end-to-end processes in support of these activitiesHandle application development and traditional TCPED processesPropose Policy/Governance processesAdminister the Program Demonstration/Working GroupMaintain the Program Demonstration Test PlanCoordinate mission support & tasking with program customersSubmit technical evaluations of developer proposalsManage/Monitor SIGINT Mission Compliance Training for program personnelReview Program Compliance and Data Protection PlanReview mission data files processed through to a customer repository for quality control and completeness

Work Environment:Location: On-siteTravel Requirements: Minimal 20%Working Hours: StandardQualifications:Required:Active TS/SCI with PolygraphBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master degree preferred)l 0+ years of experience in SIGINT systems engineeringStrong knowledge of SIGINT mission space and ground systemsExperience with system-to-system interfaces and integrationAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders and development teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsSolid understanding of RF components such as antennas, filters; amplifiers mixers, and oscillatorsKnowledge of RF safety standard and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principlesReady to Make a Difference?If you’re excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
