Inova Fairfax is looking for a dedicated Senior Simulation Tech Coordinator to join the team. This role will be full-time Monday through Friday with variable shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
 

Work collaboratively with content experts and various stakeholders to design and develop simulation scenarios. Effectively manages and documents medical simulation equipment and technology projects, purchases, implementation strategies, and installations. Maintains and updates medical simulation and technology equipment and software to prevent extended downtime and outages. Facilitates repair and replacement of medical simulation and technology equipment to ensure minimized downtime and impact to the department. Creates innovative and effective practices to proactively improve and maintain technologies to optimize capabilities and minimize technology and equipment issues.

Additional Requirements:

Education - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree) Experience - 3 years of operating and managing medical simulation equipment, A/V or IT experience
