This role requires you to be onsite three days a week at either Boca Raton, FL headquarters, Irving, TX, or Blue Bell, PA locations. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

ADT’s Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is looking for a passionate software engineer who wants their lines of code to have a significant and measurable positive impact on our customers, the bottom line, and the industry. The SRE organization at ADT comprises of a team of engineers ready to swiftly repair any service-impacting issues 24/7 to keep the ADT platform running and our customers protected. As a Senior SRE Engineer, you will work closely with counterparts in the Infrastructure and Development organizations, detect and resolve incidents and monitor the services, reacting to problems, and proactively addressing issues before they affect performance or availability.

Demonstrate a strong focus on tactical operations, as well as medium to large-scale production engineering and orchestration experience. Help improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions. Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications. Be proactive at identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Have experience in software release and change management processes.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degrees in computer science, engineering, or related fields preferred. 4+ years of experience strongly preferred. Have the ability to program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript. Have experience in managing distributed systems, Cloud Environments, AWS, GCP and dynamic resource management frameworks (Kubernetes). Have experience in monitoring systems (Dynatrace) Have an investigative mind. Be confident in the face of complexity and scale.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $99,200 – $148,800 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
