The Senior Site Representative (SSR) has full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract while overseeing the access control staff and program. They provide input to Physical Security Plans, Security Master Plans, and assigned external planning efforts. The SSR is responsible for safeguarding all USG equipment, information, and property provided. Responsible for the performance of all duties of personnel on the contract **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** + Must have at least two (2) years demonstrated management experience in support of a DOD or other USG agency security division. + Two (2) years of experience with DOD and/or government federal agencies and familiarity with adjudication process for security clearances. + Must have a working knowledge of DoD Enterprise Architecture framework (i.e., SIPR, NIPR). + Demonstrated experience processing background investigations with DoD and/or federal law enforcement agencies/organizations. + Experience managing access/intrusion control systems and GSA-approved locks with DoD and/or federal law enforcement agencies/or organizations. + Experience in operating video monitoring equipment and records/database management with DoD and/or federal law enforcement agencies/organizations. + Ability to use a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook. **Requirements:** + Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
