We are seeking a highly expert Lead Developer with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Sitecore including Workflow CMS Administration and Core Development. This role involves leading development projects ensuring high-quality work and contributing to the overall success of our digital solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of Sitecore-based solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Sitecore solutions with other systems.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Sitecore applications through meticulous testing and optimization.
- Develop and maintain Sitecore workflows to streamline content management processes.
- Administer Sitecore environments including configuration security and performance tuning.
- Create and manage Sitecore templates layouts and components to support various content types.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore applications promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
- Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall success of our digital solutions by delivering high-quality Sitecore applications.

- Possess a deep understanding of Sitecore CMS and its core development principles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Sitecore Workflow and Administration.
- Have a strong background in Sitecore Core Development.

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
SITECORE CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPER SITECORE EXPERIENCE SOLUTION DEVELOPER CERTIFICATION
The annual salary for this position is between 81K – $163K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
