About the roleDrives sales volume via converting inbound enquiries and making outbound cold calls, lead generation and closing sales with our single location prospectsInitiates sales activity via in-person, phone, text and email, including but not limited to, introduction, follow-ups, and demonstration calls, pre-and post-demonstration reminder and emails.Demonstrate MINDBODY software, products, and partner solutions to potential clients and assisting them in selecting the best solution(s) for their needs while working within a specific nicheConsult with prospective clients by addressing their questions and needs to identify the proper MINDBODY solutionEstablish business relationships with prospective customers to generate new businessEffectively manage pipeline as well as forecasting business on a monthly and quarterly basisConsistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota goalsDevelops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective clients upon request and with manager approvalIdentifies advantages and key differentiators as compared to competitors within our various marketsPlan and organizes personal sales strategy as well as strategically plans daily/weekly/monthly schedule to maximize return on time investmentKeeps abreast of all product updates, including software and application updates and releases, new partner offerings, market conditions, and competitor activities, i.e. updates to competitor software or new competitors in our core verticalsParticipates in occasional field sales, trade shows and conventions as requiredAll other duties as assignedSkills & experienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience3-5 years of sales experience, in a closing role at a SaaS company with a stellar record of performanceTechnical aptitude – strong understanding of API’s, SaaS, cloud computing etc.Intermediate level at Microsoft Suite and CRMs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Hubspot)Exposure to the health & wellness industry either as an enthusiast or teacherUnderstanding and application of ‘Value Selling’ or similar sales methodologyKnowledge of web technologies or web savvyGood written and verbal communication skillsGood group presentation skills and ability to communicate effectivelyDemonstrated career stabilityGood attention to detail, extremely organized and able to multi-taskAbility to consistently maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time and function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressureHave we piqued your curiosity?
