Requirements for this position
10+ years of experience in managing complex ASIC development projects and programs. Several years of experience in ASIC design and design methodsStrong leadership and program management skillsExperienced in managing supplier partners.Strong negotiation and communication skills, fluent spoken and written EnglishPro-activity, problem solving capability and communication in a multisite R&D environmentWireless/telecom understanding of at least one radio standard, like 5G, LTE

Program planning from the early concept phase to mass-volume SoC delivery. Planning the key dependencies between Nokia’s teams and partners is important for the successful program execution. The main responsibility on Nokia side is to plan and manage program execution with the selected supplier partners and internal stakeholders.
