At Infobip, we're at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, and we're looking for a creative, strategic External Communications Specialist to help amplify our voice across the industry. You’ll be the key player in shaping how the world sees our brand, telling our story, and ensuring our innovations reach the right audience in the right way.

What you'll do:

Promoting Infobip’s story, our strategic positioning, vision and product innovations with employees, prospects, clients, media, influencers, and industryExecuting communication programs in-line with our company goals and objectives; ensuring key messages are effectively shared with appropriate external and internal audiencesCoordinating and producing content for internal social networkCultivating new relationships and building on existing relationships with journalists, thought-leaders and influencersCreating content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters and creative content)Planning and executing media events and press conferencesCommunicating with media regularlyManaging media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements etc.Building long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholdersLeading, designing and implementing a social media strategy on all branded social media channels globally, in line with overall business and marketing strategyDeveloping a strategy to increase follower engagement and revenueIncreasing and improving internet visibility and generate traffic using expertise around optimization, promotion and distributionWorking with an international digital marketing and employer branding teams in campaign and media strategyAnswering around key performance indicatorsExploring emerging trends and markets and implementing new technology and opportunities for innovationResponsibility for constantly increasing the online community and raising content on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Strengthening the company brand and engaging the community on social media by creating creative and engaging contentMonitoring social media accountsMentoring junior team members

Requirements:

Advanced English is required, Portuguese is a plusBachelor's degree on communication, marketing, advertising, or related fields will be considered for this role.Experience managing and analyzing data from social media.Experience creating social media strategy for the company brand.Knowledge in public relations (Handling press, journalist relationship)Experience handling PR and Social Media for IT industries is desired.
