Subfamily Description

R&D Architecture (RDA) comprises capturing of business, operational, technical, and / or non functional requirements from the stakeholders and the delivery of an architecture to meet the defined needs and constraints. Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional descriptions. RDA has a broad system and product architecture competence and ecosystem understanding.

Impact

Translating business requirements into technical solutions, MN Services DU unit drive end-to-end automation for MN Services, including tools, platforms and use case development.The team also implements automation and technology strategies, roadmaps as well as security & privacy policies and guidelines for MN Services. We also drive technical project management and ensure key user and technical support for tools, platforms and use cases.APD, Applications & Platform Development unit within DU is a team of multi-skilled software engineers focused on enabling MN attached Services digitalization by delivering modern, high performance, secure, scalable & future ready software applications and platformsAs a member of MN DU S APD CoE for Low Code Platform Development, you will be a part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged, each team member selects the tasks to work on and exchanges daily with his/her team mates on the progress and challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

Ownership of complex component SW architecture.Ownership of test strategy for own Tribe items.Defining and Reviewing the HW/SW Architecture Squads deliverables.Coaching and training HW/SW Architecture squads individual contributors.

Knowledge & Experience

Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related streams with equivalent practical experience9+ years of experience as full stack developer/architect with Hands-on experience in Architecting, Designing and Developing full stack modules and components for web applications, Ability to develop new and innovative applications as well as maintaining existing code

Key Skills:

UI frameworks - HTML, CSS, AJAX, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks etc.Strong experience in object-oriented programming, Python based software development, RDBMS (such as Postgres) experience and demonstrated abilities in SQL and data modelling, Rest API based integrations,Experience in ALM tools (GitLab, TFS, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, Ansible, SVN), Cloud native applications development, Microservices, Working exposure to DevSecOps technologies - Docker, Kubernetes etc.Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Low code development platform Odoo ERPKnowledge of Project management methodologies (SCRUM, Agile)Experience on JIRA, Knows agile development.
