Real time experience for broad software design, code quality and architecture decisions       Contribute towards architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance       Contribute towards the long-term technical roadmap for the solution area        Investigate and drive analysis for new innovations and technologies       Should have experience developing and maintaining high-scale front-end and/or back-end services in a standard SOA.   Deep understanding of operational excellence and know-how to how to improve the SLI/SLO for a distributed ecosystem.   Able to communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (technical proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams and presentations) Should have the ability and experience to work independently and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
