RBR-Technologies is seeking a Software Developer to support our DCSA customer in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our specific work, which revolves around technology modernization for Industrial security, is an ongoing effort to add an analytic capability for industry partners and Government analysts that collects, stores, automates and centralizes information supporting risk analysis for entities in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). The candidate will support DCSA Industrial Security technology modernization by delivering enterprise analytic services that will integrate with existing web application development to enhance and extract insights from specific commercial and government data.\n

As part of the RBR NISS Software Development Team, the Software Developer will participate in design discussions, gathering and analyzing user requirements, conduct software development activities, and develop optimal operation solutions compliant with current DoD policy. Deliverables include source code, architectural products, requirements support and technical white papers.\n

RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDevelop JavaScript server\/client code. \nServe as a application developer responsible for implementing solutions using best industry practices in an agile framework.\nDesign and develop solutions within a cloud environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes. \nParticipate in requirements gathering and document requirements.\nTranslate requirements\/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with project team leads.\nProvide support for enterprise cloud solutions by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.\nParticipate in discovery sessions and process definitions with development teams.\n\n

REQUIREMENTS\n\nBachelors Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience\nActive Secret Clearance\nIn the absence of a Bachelor's Degree - 4 Additional Years of Experience is required \n1 years of direct development experience with cloud solutions\nSecurity+ certification\nAgile Scrum\/Kanban principles\nExperience with the Atlassian Suite of tools to include JIRA & Confluence\nKM Platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, Wiki tools) experience\nOversight and execution of DoD cloud development\nSuccessful past Leadership experience and mentoring of development teams\nExperience with AWS GovCloud, containerization, and container orchestration\n \n\n
