A deep understanding of distributed systems is critical for maintaining the scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability of Oracle Cloud On-Call, as the service processes large volumes of data and integrates with other critical platforms. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and enhance system resiliency. Clean, maintainable coding practices are highly valued, as is the ability to proactively improve engineering standards, processes, and tooling to meet the evolving demands of the Oracle Cloud On-Call service. Strong communication skills are essential, as the position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of new features.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, capable of making impactful contributions to Oracle Cloud On-Call from day one.
