You will design and develop a highly scalable digital government application that will deliver hundreds of services to hundreds of millions of residents. Experience with software architecture, cloud infrastructure, frontend/backend development, agile methodologies, and clean code principles is a must. We are a startup team with huge plans, a large vision, and a determination to move fast. 

We are starting a new team in India, and you will be part of the journey to build a brand-new team and deliver a high-impact product. You will work with the rest of the development team in the US and Canada.

Minimum Qualifications

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.  3+ years of software engineering or related experience. Strong system design knowledge and distributed systems architecture best practices Knowledge of clean code principles and experience writing great code in Java or other OO languages. Strong expertise in System Design, REST, SQL, and Data model design Experienced in any of the computing platforms, such as OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience with CI/CD Hands-on experience working with  incident management, monitoring, observability, and testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Practical experience in building digital government solutions Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms Working experience with different payment gateways Development experience in any of these domains - HCM, Financials, CX, SCM Experience with Gen AI and working with Data Scientists. You will be working very closely with our Data Science team to build Gen AI and business automation capabilities within our product. This is a high-priority area. Worked in Agile environments and with Agile methodologies - We are an agile development team.
