The Senior Software Developer will join the client's IT Development and Automation team. Responsibilities: * Guide, mentor, and coach the development team, removing blockers and ensuring project completion * Proactively monitors and assists with team workload balance * Collaborate with team leaders and management on project direction and department strategy * Define best practices and standards, ensuring adherence across the team * Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance software quality * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback * Identify and escalate SDLC issues and gaps
