Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Software Developer (MuleSoft Focused) in Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: * Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and the adoption of best practices and standards * Mentor junior developers on technical skill development * Embrace Agile methodologies and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from sprint planning and estimation to deployment and retrospective * Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver value incrementally * Analyze and debug complex technical issues across the entire software stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions * Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges * Architect robust and scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces * Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and Production Support to enable automated deployment of applications using a CI/CD pipeline, across multiple environments, including production environments and monitoring of their performance * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed
