Digital Solution Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity develop and enhance complete and sizable software modules in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you will execute assigned design and development activities focused on building solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with quality standards. You will also showcase your expertise by providing curate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline.The work model for the role is hybrid #linkedin This role is contributing to the DISF team under Digital Pillar You will be mainly accountable for:••\tArchitect and implement scalable, maintainable, and responsive front-end solutions using Re-act.js.•\tDevelop new user-facing features with a focus on performance and reusability.•\tBuild and maintain high-quality, reusable components and front-end libraries.•\tOptimize performance of the web applications across a wide variety of devices and browsers.•\tTranslate complex UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.•\tLead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and ar-chitectural decisions.•\tCollaborate with back-end developers, designers, and other team members to enhance the overall usability and functionality of the application.•\tEnsure code quality through regular code reviews, ensuring standards for security, scalability, and maintainability are met.•\tContribute to the continuous improvement of the development processes and pipelines.•\tKeep up with emerging trends in front-end development, constantly improving your own skills and ensuring the team is aware of the latest tools and techniques.\t

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\t6+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and JavaS-cript.\tExpert-level proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and the DOM.\tDeep understanding of React.js core principles, including state management, component lifecycles, and hooks.\tExperience with React.js workflows (e.g., Redux, Context API) for global state management.\tAdvanced knowledge of JavaScript tooling and build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Pretti-er, etc.).\tProficiency in version control (Git) and branching strategies (e.g., Gitflow).\tExperience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with third-party libraries.\tExperience with modern testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).\tStrong knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS) and responsive design practices.\tFamiliarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\tStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
