Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with the knowledge in Java/Python and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our software solutions, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

About the Role:

Technical Direction: Provide technical direction for product sub-systems, application research, design, analysis, testing, process improvement, and troubleshooting.Problem Solving: Independently and efficiently resolve moderately complex problems through creative and out-of-the-box thinking.Skill Development: Take responsibility for updating personal skills and contributing to technical growth within the team.Project Collaboration: Establish relationships with internal and external subject matter experts on multiple cross-career area teams for small to medium-sized projects.Communication: Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.Alignment and Support: Receive and support general direction from more senior engineers with a positive attitude, even when it may not align with personal preferences.Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their development.

About You:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in software engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:Demonstrable proficiency in Node, Python, Java, JavaScript, as well as front-end technologies.Successful delivery of coded solutions that met requirements and deployed to production.Proficient in the usage of engineering support technologies such as Git, TeamCity, Static Code Analysis, Jira, Agile, VS Code, and debugging skills.Capable of understanding and working with multi-process, cooperative workflows on Linux.Eagerness to learn new skills and apply them to older technologies.
