As an R&D team, making sure your ideas are heard and encouraged is what we strive to do!What You'll Do:Architect and develop robust backend systems primarily in C#, with opportunities to work on Scala and TypeScript projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with publisher-facing integrations, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.Uphold the integrity and high availability of real-time components that handle millions of queries per second.Engage with global R&D teams to maintain product excellence for the world’s leading media owners across websites, apps, and CTV platforms.Be a guardian for product stability, usability, and continuous deployment.Contribute to promoting a strong engineering culture.Who You Are:You possess a solid foundation in Computer Science, with experience in backend development. Familiarity with our tech stack (C#, Scala, TypeScript) is beneficial but not required.You demonstrate expertise in system architecture and design, especially designing scalable applications.Keeping a top-notch relationship with our clients is paramount to you, and you strive to ensure the stability of the systems you develop.With a proactive “can-do” approach, you tackle challenges head-on and thrive in a collaborative environment.You are comfortable to work in an iterative and adaptative manners for delivering value incrementallyYou speak English fluently
