We are looking for a highly technical, creative, hands-on, and impact-focused Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Ads team.

These products enable us to generate revenue by building a win-win-win suite of distribution tools for game developers, players, and Discord. What you'll do

Design, build and maintain new Ads products and infrastructure from the backend to frontend. Collaborate with engineers on the team, and other engineering teams such as Revenue Infrastructure & Core Product, and Core Tech. Be a strategic partner with engineering, product, and cross functional leadership in designing, developing and scaling digital advertising features that drive revenue growth and enhance user engagement. Architect elegant and maintainable code with focus on autonomy and support from the team. Uphold a high product and technical quality bar while quickly launching and iterating on features. Introduce coding and operational best practices to the team; always be learning & teaching. Own projects end to end — you’ll be responsible for working with Product and other stakeholders to refine requirements, creating technical designs and specs, implementing changes, and seeing projects through to launch and maintenance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000 to $201,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
