About the product: UCMDB/UD software is a configuration management enterprise application used by large IT organizations to document and store business service definitions and associated infrastructure relationships. Full-fledged Java application server, with a UI developed in React and a discovery module relying on Python, UCMDB/UD fulfills the need of the user to create a shared single version of truth to support business service management, IT service management, change management, and asset management initiatives. These initiatives help align IT efforts with business requirements and run IT operations more efficiently and effectively.

Apply expertise to solve business challenges, providing direction to team activities and facilitating decision-making processesDevelop and maintain technical documentation and help integrate it with software productsManage project tasks, and ensure requirements are met throughout the implementationWork within agile teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate across geographiesContribute to organizational goals, participate in multiple projects, and stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor or above degree in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Telecommunications etc.)Experience with Java development (at least 5 years)Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ codeImplement performance and quality modulesStrong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specificationThorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithmsGood understanding of memory management in non-garbage-collected environmentsUnderstanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++-specific notions, such as friend classesFamiliarity with templating in C++

Additional skills are a plus:

Java-based frameworks and containerizationKnowledge of SQL language and experience in working with DBKnowledge of CI/CD and automation frameworksExperience in large-scale multi-tier software applications
