**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** You will be part of the Digital Design & Merchandising, Product Creation, Planning, and Manufacturing Technology team at Converse. You will take direction and work primarily with the Product Creation team, supporting our FlexPLM solution. As a team, we regularly interact with Product Creation business stakeholders globally, as well as product and engineering peers to ensure we are aligning technology outcomes and solutions with prioritized initiatives. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are seeking an experienced FlexPLM Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our FlexPLM engineering team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of FlexPLM solutions and capabilities, as well as data integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. + 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and/or retail industry + Experience with FlexPLM infrastructure, including design, implementation, and maintenance. + Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). + Experience with database administration, including Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. + Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. + Experience with security policies and procedures, including firewall configuration and access control. + Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes as well as other CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI. + Experience with IT service management tools, including ServiceNow or BMC Helix. + Certification in FlexPLM infrastructure or cloud-based technologies, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Certified Solutions Architect. + PTC FlexPLM Certification is a plus. + Strong understanding of database design and data modelling. + Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc. + Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. + Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. + Ability to lead and mentor junior team members **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** + Design and implement software solutions using FlexPLM and VibeIQ, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices + Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure for our FlexPLM system, including cloud-based infrastructure, databases, and networks. + Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FlexPLM with other systems and applications. + Develop and maintain technical documentation for FlexPLM infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational procedures. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FlexPLM infrastructure, including performance optimization and security. + Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for FlexPLM infrastructure. + Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. + Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in FlexPLM infrastructure and cloud-based technologies. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs + Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements + Collaborate with QA team to develop and execute testing plans + Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
