We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking professional to join our team. As the Senior Software Engineer – Tosca working within the Quality Engineering Platform area, you are responsible for the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of computer software for the testing platform. You will participate in the software development process through continuous definition, implementation, measurement, management, and change of software. The discipline is characterized by systematic incremental and continuous improvements which create positive feedback loops into products, services, and ultimately the methodology itself.
We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
MSc Degree or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in the design and development of complex software applications, components, and modules
3+ years’ experience with tools for Web, Mobile, DB and API development and testing
Advanced C# programming skills
3+ years of experience using following technology stacks (SQL, GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tool, Docker, API, Client-server applications, container services (e.g. EKS, ECS)
Experience with test management and automation tools (ALM, Xray, Tosca or similar). Advanced knowledge of Tosca is strongly preferred)
2+ years’ experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub (or similar) source code management
2+ years’ experience working in Agile Scrum methodology as part of a product team
Knowledge to integrate software into the CI/CD processes
Expertise in crafting and utilizing prompts for GPT-based models to streamline automated processes, technical solutions, create prototypes, etc.
Self-motivated and self-organized with ability to quickly adopt to changing environment
Ability to analyze information to identify new ideas that will improve system functionality
Self-driven and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment
You will:
Work in a scrum team and participate in all stages of product lifecycle
Design and build complex software applications, components, and modules. Design, code, verify builds, code review, test, document, amend and refactor complex programs/scripts and integration software services
Contribute to the selection of the software development methods, tools and techniques. Apply agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes
Configure the hardware and software environment as required by the system being integrated. Produce integration test specifications, conduct tests and record and reports on outcomes
Contribute to SDLC documentation of the product as well as work closely with CoP, Advisory, Delivery teams to define, document product information and best practices
Utilize QE Test guidelines, standards, templates, best practices, and test frameworks
Provide technical know-how, documentation, and training/mentoring to new team members
Support Product Manager and product teams in achieving their strategic goals
