Job Description : 

Lead frontend architecture and development using React, Typescript, and Redux, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Solve deep technical challenges through advanced debugging and troubleshooting across the frontend and integration layers.Collaborate with the backend team working on React, guiding design decisions and resolving complex data flow and integration issues.Take charge of state management using Redux — establish patterns, maintain structure, and optimize performance in large-scale modules.Should be able to work independently, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices across the frontend team.Take full ownership of technical deliverables, team productivity, and sprint commitments.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) to translate requirements into effective and user-friendly features.

Role Overview: 

Strong command over React, Typescript, and Redux — including architecture, best practices, and performance tuning.Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling.Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues across layers, not just superficial bug fixes.Strong ownership, communication skills, and an eagerness to proactively drive improvements and work in agile environment.
