In this role, you have the opportunity to Overall technical leadership and responsible for realization of end-to-end software development and release in and for China market, and ensure quality and compliance for relevant Ultrasound product lines.
Your role:
o Working with cross function team to understand the Ultrasound product requirements and develop the system software requirements based on the product requirements.
o Working with the system and software architects to define the software development plan and solution.
o Responsible for the Ultrasound system software development, implementation and integration, Trouble shooting, including software features, components, modules, data flows and interactions.
o Implement the Lean/Agile/CI CD/Code Review/Automation Test process and drive the software design efficiency and design quality continuous improvements.
o Responsible for the good software development documentation practice.
o Provide strong support to the medical device regulatory registration such as NMPA.
You are a part of A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the GRC System & Software Manager, with Cross functional team as your key partners.
You're the right fit if:
o Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, biomedical engineering etc.
o 5 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience in a product development environment
o Object oriented programming development experience, C++ or C# programming on Windows, or Embedded OS
o Ability to work within a cross-functional organization with good communication skills.
o Structured problem analysis and solving
o Must be open-minded to assure best design is chosen o Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
