Lead solutions to overall success using input from the team, stakeholders and customers​

Own the holistic team performance to business objectives and outcomes to deliver Chubb’s underwriting craftsmanship and expertise digitally​

Balance cross-functional inputs to set direction for journeys and own the solution strategy that is shaped through the domains and the business​

Work with business intelligence and process engineering partners to track and measure processes, solution progress and outcomes, using well defined KPIs that tie back to OKRs ​

Define, refine, and prioritize user stories/epics/tasks on a daily basis including leading interactions with other units​

Own Team vision and set priorities to deliver impact to the customer as quickly as possible​

Observe, learn about, contact and analyze end users of the solution, and clearly communicate the requirements to the team

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.5 to 8 years of experience as a Front End developer, with a strong proficiency in Angular.Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, best practices, and modern trends.Proven experience in designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Solid understanding of responsive design principles and experience in developing applications that work seamlessly across devices.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address complex UX/UI challenges effectively.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
