Tech BA Responsibilities:

Work with the project manager to develop project scope and timeline Requirement Gathering and elicitation by working with end users and internal department Technical Requirement documentation, Use case creation, Functional specifications of use cases User story creation , estimation, Sprint activities (Sprint planning, sprint demos and scrum calls) Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents Create documents for process flow, runbooks, BRDs, state models, sequence diagrams etc. Participate in design and testing activities and monitor Implementation of services Stakeholder management, Risk analysis and Change request management Test case reviews, define acceptance criteria and Test case execution Involve in governance activities, maintain security standards, comply with technology standards and monitor production launch Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions Technical analysis and mapping of various systems

 

Key skills:

Minimum 8 years experience as a Technical Business Analysis Proven ability in agile methodologies, scrum activities and project management Basic Insurance domain knowledge (P&C) Strong technical understanding of business analysis frameworks and business processes Well versed with basic tools like Spreadsheets, Presentations, Flow charts, word etc. Knowledge of programming languages, cloud technologies, database management, testing tools and technological tools Knowledge of data analysis, data security , data and information gathering Excellent written and communication skills, Problem solving and decision making
