Based out of Microsoft Campus in Mountain View California, the People and Presence team is responsible for all aspects of user related features on Microsoft Teams, including user profile, avatar, presence, contacts, and more. The team’s work impacts experiences across the application – chat, channels, calendar, meetings, etc. and needs to scale to tens of billions of requests per day. This is a unique opportunity to apply and hone your system design and gain exposure to cutting edge technology stack and application architecture skills with E2E ownership, and broad scope to have a huge impact.
