Responsibilities:

Build and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies, including React, Rest API (C#), and SQL Create robust and scalable back-end solutions using Rest API and SQL. Develop user-friendly interfaces that are responsive and ensure a positive user experience. Enhance application functionality by integrating third-party APIs. Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability. Adhere to best practices for coding, testing, and documentation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Establish and maintain SQL and SSIS data pipelines, guaranteeing seamless data flow from various sources. Streamline data processing workflows with REST APIs, enabling real-time data retrieval and analysis capabilities. Oversee code reviews, identify areas that require improvement to meet coding standards. Optimize application performance, resulting in a significant improvement in responsiveness. Support development and maintenance of new and existing product solutions deployed in various process/service areas.  Collaborate with business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the project. Facilitate / collaborate with other Chubb IT / business groups to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues. Ensure quality assurance and testing protocols are met on all deliverables.   

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field3- 5 years of experience in software developmentTechnical Experience – Strong background / expertise in: Web-based and windows application developmentProgramming Languages and Frameworks such as C#, .NET, React, and AngularDatabase Management and Integration (SQL, SSIS and SSRS)API Design and Development incl Proficiency in REST APIsDevelopment Tools and Environment (Azure, Git, Redgate, TFS, VSS, JIRA)Having knowledge of Bootstrap, Material UI, R Script & Python is a plus.Background in the Insurance/Financial Services Industry is a plus.Background in Billing, Collections & Receivable Management is a plus.
