Senior Software engineer

 

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

Manage and maintain workforce schedules and people rosters for large strategic programs across 6 locations. Collaborate with project managers, product owners and engineering leaders to capture and consolidate latest staffing information. Providing regular staffing updates through management reports and dashboard updates. Ensuring data hygiene and data quality is maintained at all times. Managing Clarity setup, administration and monitoring for project resources across all locations. Monitor and track employee availability, vacations, leaves, locations to ensure optimal staffing levels are met. Provide regular updates and reports to management on workforce utilization, capacity, and potential conflicts. Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts or gaps, managing staffing escalations as required. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to onboard new employees and integrate them into the scheduling process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the scheduling process. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable solutions to streamline workforce scheduling.

 

Work Experience: 

5 years of experience as a Workforce Scheduler, or in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast paced environment Knowledge of IT program management, SDLC and Agile methodology concepts Experience in a large multinational corporation, technology or insurance experience preferred  Experience working with stakeholders across different levels, countries, and culturesExperience working with HR systems and data analytics tools
