Within Azure Data, the databases team builds and maintains Microsoft's operational Database systems. We store and manage data in a structured way to enable multitude of applications across various industries. We are on a journey to enable developer friendly, mission-critical, AI enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational and OSS offerings.
SQL Developer Experiences team in the Azure Data SQL group is hiring for a Senior Software Engineer, who can help shape and build the next generation of technologies to create a state-of-the-art database that supports the next wave of cloud-native modern applications. You will collaborate with our database experts and solve complex problems to improve SQL Server Engine. You would be responsible for developing and delivering features that enable developers to create data-centric applications on Azure SQL Database and SQL Server. You would be responsible for working on the next AI enabled version of SQL Server and Azure SQL.
