At Flexera, we’re on a mission to empower global enterprises by transforming IT insights into decisive actions. We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engin to join our platform team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Go programming, extensive experience in building integration solutions, and a proven track record of deploying applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other Azure cloud services.

What you'll do:

Define and execute the technical roadmap for our core integration technology with a focus on Azure cloud services.Collaborate closely with peer engineering teams to integrate their services with the rest of our platform, ensuring seamless interaction across systems.Help the engineering manager hire, train, and mentor engineers, maintaining a high-performing engineering culture.Work with architecture and engineering teams to review project requirements, technical artefacts, and designs, ensuring the platform meets the needs of users and leverages the best of Azure’s capabilities.Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software components using Go.Design and implement data transformation processes to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange between different systems, leveraging Azure services.Optimize data workflows for speed, reliability, and data integrity, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.Architect, deploy, and manage containerized services leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Implement best practices for Azure DevOps, code quality, security, and scalability.Implement monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of integration services in Azure.Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, data transformation, and deployment issues in an Azure environment.

You’ll be expected to have:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development, including extensive experience with the Go programming language.Strong expertise in container technologies, with a focus on Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps practices.Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integrating them in a cloud-native environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud-based systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
