Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Integrate with Azure cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and application management. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and actively contribute to the organization’s digital transformation initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.Proven experience with front-end frameworks, particularly Angular.Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the technology or insurance industry is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
